This "meaningfull" message you will get in most cases, when
RHIDE was unable to start an external program. Probably you
haven't installed DJGPP correct. Pleas read the DJGPP's READMES's
again and/or post a bug-report created by RHIDE (Alt-Space and
then bug-report).
