Hi, I need some advice with testing a winsock client/server package. That is
to say, I'm developing a client/server-like proxy (right word?) and I need to
implement/test it conveniently. That is to say, without having to enlist the
help of someone remotely (which is time consuming and grossly inconvenient)
or having to buy another PC and get another internet connection (which is not
an option anyways).
Can I Winsock to myself? I will try this tonight, see what I can get cooking.
I'm using the little DJGPP Winsock package, don't worry this message isn't
misposted. But if anybody has had experience with this maybe could you get
back to me? I'll try and check the group but my newsfeed sometimes nukes
things before I get to them, cc email to frenchc AT cadvision DOT com would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
