I would like to download the "heapfix" for CWSDPMI, as mentioned in
the DJGPPFAQ, but when I tried the ftp site that was mentioned in the
FAQ
(ftp://ftp.neosoft.com/pub/users/s/sandmann/csdpmi1heapfix.zip) it
wasn't on the server (the sandmann directory was in fact empty).

It said to try the alternative site ftp://mirror.neosoft.com, but it 
was not on this site either, indeed the mirror site lacked even a pub
directory! 

I need the heapfix because I have recently managed to get my code to
optimise while under Win95, yet compiling the same code under
CWSDPMI/DOS gave an Internal Compiler Error.  Just now I tried and it
no longer optimises under Win95 or DOS (!) so I hope that the heapfix
will get it working under DOS at least.
