ENOENT mean "No such file or directory," just like it says.
If you can't include stdio.h this means one of a few things: 1. you did
not unpack the archives with the -d switch to preserve directory
structure; 2. you did not set up your environment settings properly; or
3. you did not get all the packages you need.
Go back to the README and follow the instructions very closely.
