The real package can be found at your closest gnu mirror, such as
ftp.funet.fi:/pub/gnu/prep/readline-2.3.tar.gz I think, but I have
compiled a port to djgpp that can be found at:
	http://www.fukt.hk-r.se/~flognat/hacks/readline.zip
