I don't know any such lib, but you should have a look at the Hornet
Archive (hornet.org) for some sound programming information. For FTP, go
to ftp://ftp.hornet.org/pub/demos/code/audio/docs and for WWW, go to
http://www.hornet.org/code/audio/docs. You should find what you need.
