I assume you got the `gcc2721s.zip' distribution, or the official GNU
package. The C++ sources are in the `cp' directory. For some reason the C++
compiler is not built automatically. But all you have to do is, after you
build the C compiler, cd to the `cp' subdirectory and run `make' with the
same options as before.

You're welcome.

Incidentially, shouldn't the patch be made available on some web site? It
seems like a much better way than mailing it all the time. Not that I mind.
