Someone should write a web viewer, one that comes up quick, doesn't
hog memory, has frames but not Java, and doesn't require the PPP connection
to be active (like @#$@(*& Netscape does). At first it could just
view previously downloaded files, then later make it work with real
a real TCP/IP stack. I'd do it, but I'm not that good. I'm tired
of having to log completely on, then wait for Netscape to come up,
just to view a stupid html file. Any takers?
