There are SimTel mirrors in just about every major country; you can find
the closest one to you by looking at the Getting DJGPP page on
delorie.com, or by looking in chapter 4.1 of the online FAQ.  They are
sorted by country; a quick check reveals the following sites in Italy:

When you get to the site, download the file named 'v2/readme.1st'.  This
contains complete instructions on what to download and how to get
started with DJGPP.  If you would rather have the packages you need
selected for you automatically, you can use the Zip Picker on
delorie.com.

I highly recommend that you download and read the Frequently Asked
Questions list, or at least read the online copy on delorie.com, before
installing DJGPP or asking any questions on the newsgroup.
