Are you able to compile other programs with DJGPP?  Is it just Allegro
that fails?  Use the redir utility to redirect the make output to a file
that you can post so we'll know exactly that the error is.  Also post
the contents of your environment.  Perhaps you didn't add d:\djgpp\bin
to your path.
