Subject:	How to compile in C++ in DOS

I just downloaded the file "lgp271b.zip", headers for C++,  from
coast.net/SimTel; however, I don't know in which directory I am supposed
to place the "lang" directory in order for the headers to work.  Also,
how do you access those headers?   Which commands should I know in order
to compile in C++?
