After another hour of working with RHIDE and changing switches and paths
I finally managed to debug from within RHIDE. I have deleted my
/DJGPP/BIN/RHIDE.GPR and after that it suddenly worked. I can't imagine
why, but now it works as it is supposed to do.

Thanks to SET and Robert Hoehne for their efforts and let DJGPP live.
