There are others. `malloc' family and the `time' family (ctime,
gmtime, localtime, tzset etc.) are two modules that come to mind.

This is typical of any package with multiple contributors. That's why
there's a copyright at the beginning of every source. AFAIK, the
DJGPP copyright covers all of the library sources (even though some of
the sources might have less restrictions than the others). I don't
think you can ask for more.
