That stores instructions for how to change `c:\commo\commo.set' into
`c:\commo\beta\commo.set'.  You seem to want the patch the other way
around -- try interchanging the filenames.  I believe there's a switch
you can pass to patch, too, which applies the patch in reverse
(provided the patch file is suitable).
