Hey, what's up? A pcx editor that lets you use sprites/animations and lets you put them in a .dat file is called xspred. log onto the Allegro web page and search for "other programs using allegro" or something like that and look for "xspred". I use it and it is excellent. As for the phone stuff, I really wish I could help you, but I have no clue on how to do that. Take care!
