RHIDE 1.3 is rather old. Meanwhile, there were 1.3a, 1.3b and 1.3c, now
1.4 is the latest one.
The easiest solution for the .cpp problem is to rename the file(s) to
.cc. It's a bug in gcc/gdb, not RHIDE.
