Win95 comes with RAMDRIVE.SYS. A nice Win95-compatible RAM disk can be
found in fu_rd19f.zip (or a newer version thereof). It's resizable while
you are in plain DOS, so you don't have to reboot a thousand times until
you find the optimal size.
