There's an mpeg faq at http://www.crs4.it/~luigi/MPEG/mpegfaq.html which
if it doesn't contain the info you need will point you in the write
direction. I would strongly suggest you take a look in the ftp archive
especially the docs section. Here's also an excerpt from another faq on
animation.
