I cannot type the OR operator ("||") on my keyboard.  RHIDE produces the
ASCII character 221 (broken pipes) instead of the required 124 (vertical
line) and therefore the compiler will not ..... compile! )-:

I have tried the -k UK parameter for RHIDE and I have copied UK.txt over
keybind.txt but the damn thing still won't work.

Am I doing this correctly?  If not then giz-a-clue... or better still a full
description of the procedure!

I've only been using RHIDE for a few weeks so handle me with care!
