A simple reading of the FAQ (which should be done before posting a question
to any newsgroup) finds this:

   * Dynamically loaded code:
        - Check out the DLM (Dynamic Link Modules) environment for DJGPP,

from
          his machine, e.g. ftp://spy.isp.nsc.ru/sys/pub/dlm/.
