University of Manchester has a freely available NURBS library for UNIX.  I think you can find it in the computer science department.  The root page of manchester is www.man.ac.uk.  Good luck!

Anyone here know of a DJGPP-compatible NURBS library? I'm attempting to
write a NURBS-based modeller, and I don't have the books to do the
