Of course, look at jptui (textmode),mttws (graphics I think),SWORD(graphics)
from v2tk directory. There exists several more but don't remember exactly,
look at Allegro page for GUIs for Allegro (game programming library) at
http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/allegro/

There exist a port of TurboVision, but Borland doesn't allow the author of
port to redistribute it, so you'd have to download RHIDE (an excellent
IDE for DJGPP like Borland's from bc31.) sources from v2apps dir which uses
it.
