You have nothing to worry about (except maybe your virus checker).  
DJGPP's stub loader (a short DOS program prepended to each DJGPP .exe 
program) uses some clever techniques to make its code as small as 
possible.  Some virus checkers find such techniques suspicious and alert 
you.

If the mirror you used is one of SimTel.NET mirrors, they are all 
virus-proof, since the operators are very pedantic in checking uploaded 
stuff (you cannot upload directly unless you are one of the trusted 
people).
