The cygwin stuff works better under NT than under W95 (NT's console support is
less broken). You should pick up the basic distribution from Cygnus, and then
the patches available from Sergey Okhapin's site (there's a link on the cygwin
page).
The cygwin stuff only targets 32 bit, so if you want to build extended DOS
executables then you'll still need DJGPP.

I use NT as my main box, so I'd like to know if this can be fixed....
