This is a good question. When DJGPP is used on Lose95, should the DJGPP env.
variable use long names, or short aliases? Also, is it possible the
apostrophe in the directory name is confusing something?

Try setting LFN=Y in the environment, and then set DJGPP to the long-name
path of the DJGPP directory. That *might* help.
