I wrote earlier about bad debugging for class functions in header files. Having looked at the assembler code, the thing which is missing from the DJGPP generated code is the .file "xxx.h" line - this is generated fine by the Linux and DEC Alpha versions, so it looks like something got deleted or suppressed in the DJGPP one.
