Wait a minute, are you trying to make something like that:
info gcc.i1
If yes that's wrong, you must load the .inf file like this:
info gcc.inf
The other file just contains some chapters that you can access from gcc.inf.
Did you tried RHIDE?, using RHIDE just press F1 and then ^D to get the
directory. I find it much more easy to use.
