No.  However, there is a superb version of vi which will
compile under DJGPP "out of the box".  It's in fact 'VIM',
which stands for "VI IMproved".  Have a look at

I'm using version 5.0g (the latest is 5.0n) which is
an alpha version, but in my experience it's more stable
than most full releases...
