Hi..
I've only just started using Djgpp v2, and found that most the apps
provided seem to run ok. However when using Tex I get a very anoying
problem. TeX itself seems to compile fine, but as soon as I try to view
the dvi file (or convert it to PS) the viewer (vgadvi) gives me an
error.
"MakeTexPK was not properly copied to Maket~1.exe"
I sort of guessed that this is because of the stupid way the win95
command prompt handles long file names. When I check the file name, the
shell will display the long file name on the left side - so technicly
MakeTeXPK is still there.
My question is , is there any way to fix it? There has to be someone
who's used GNU TeX sucessfully on the PC...
