Okay, the DOS port author has told me "I very much doubt anyone is still working on Lib3D. I'm certainly not [...]" and that the original author is "[...] certainly difficult to reach by email nowadays". Too bad, it looks like a great API and it's supposedly much faster and easier (and more C++) than MESA.
