#1 C++ compiler.

: an upcomming Java compiler.  Visual C++ is also available to 
: produce Motorola and PowerPC code, MIPS, all Windows CE platforms

Why not just use the FREE java compiler?  Also, don't even try to bring up
the processor issue since VC can't even step to GCC in this category.
