You might want to:
1. run SETDJGPP.BAT (in the BIN directory),
2. make sure there is a
SET DJGPP=(insert path here)\DJGPP.ENV
statement in AUTOEXEC.BAT, and also
3. make sure the BIN directory is in your
path. I had the same problem awhile back (it used to work, then
it said "There were some errors", not as specific), fixed the
path to DJGPP.ENV, and it worked.
