I would like an option in RHide to make a beep happen when the linker
has finished linking.  Does anyone else think this is a good idea?

Also, what about making ctrl-n insert a line, so that the cursor
remains in its original place?  At the moment the cursor moves down a
line, no other editor I've used does this.


Does anyone know where this !@#$%! six wheeled robot came from?
