My advice, FWIW: Use DJGPP gcc itself (get the binaries, gcc2721b.zip)
to do the cross compile creation, and use bash (Bourne Again SHell)
for the unix "/bin/sh" (see DJ's mirrors, get bsh1147b.zip). Also
get, of course, all the required utilities files, etc., to set up the
DJGPP environment -- try his new "zip picker" to select what files to
download, it seems to work pretty well.
