Hello,

Where can I find the Microsoft Platform SDK (win32) header files
required for RSXNTDJ 1.3?  ftp.microsoft.com seems to have been
reorganized since the release of 1.3, since the suggested url,
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/pub/msdownload, is no longer valid.
