Comp.os.msdos.djgpp lets you know from the start? I assume the weekly mini-faq
says something about it buried in the labyrinthine monolithic structure
somewhere :-) One in seven new people will see the mini-FAQ posted within 24
hours of their first showing up, and might not have posted yet by then.

What about WWW??? What kind of ISP is it, North Mongolian E-mail Services
or something? :-) No ISP worth their connection charges doesn't provide a
decent news feed, mail, www, irc, ftp, telnet, gopher (obsolete but still
used), and spam-filtration. I'm on a FREEnet and they provide all of the
above, with limited connect time per day (30 minutes of full access to
binaries and stuff, plus 2 hours in day and unlimited in the wee hours ;-)
of text news, mail, web, gopher, and irc.)
