And half the users of Usenet (those not using fancy Netscape-enhanced and
Micro$oft browsers on a PC or a Mac, meaning anyone using a unix account
for starters) can't decode the HTML and MIME crud in this article.
Presumably, although this IS a comp.os.msdos newsgroup, there are still a
fair portion of people that use unix accounts to read news and can't
handle this encoded crud. There is at least ONE, namely, me.
