Did you try to set LFN=y in the environment? If no, please try it.
If it doesn't help, try setting LFN=n.
If none of the above helps, please try this:
set EMACSTEST=c:/djgpp/gnu/emacs/emacs.scr
redir -o emacs.log -eo emacs -q
Then post the contents of the files emacs.scr and emacs.log, together
with your djgpp.env file.
