as is a GNU assembler, it requred for compilation and can be founded in
dfgpp.zip at any DJGPP distribution site. May be you forgot to download
it? 
If not please see your autoexec.bat to be sure that djgpp is founded by
the path and 
 SET DJGPP=<YOUR PATH TO DJGPP>/DJGPP.ENV is setted.
If problem still remains, please send to us your autoexec.bat and
config.sys for more specific help.
