Absolutely. As far as I'm concerned, you are welcome to distribute a
copy of the Allegro sources and put those under the GPL as well if you
want, although I can't think what the point would be! I'm not interested
in restricting what you can do with it, because I think in the long run
a restrictive licence ends up limiting the creator as much as any of the
users...
