I'm sure you get a million questions and i don't want to bother you but
I'm getting really frustrated at my djgpp software because at compile
time it says it cannot find iostream.h. I looked at the djgpp faq but
it didn't seem to be too helpful. I am running win95 but my djgpp is in
the directory c:\djgpp so there shouldn't be any problem with long file
names or anything. I'm not sure I quite understood the jargon about
env.lst and djgpp.env. My env.lst reads as follows:
TMP=C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
TEMP=C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
PROMPT=$p$g
winbootdir=C:\WINDOWS
PATH=C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND
COMSPEC=C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND.COM
SOUND=C:\VIBRA16
MIDI=SYNTH:1 MAP:E
windir=C:\WINDOWS
BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 H5 P330 T6
I tried adding the line:
set DJGPP=c:/djgpp/djgpp.env
to the file but that didn't help. I also tried adding
set DJGPP=c:\djgpp\djgpp.env
and
DJGPP=c:\djgpp\djgpp.env
and
DJGPP=c:/djgpp/djgpp.env
but to no avail. I don't know what is going on. If you could help me
out I would greatly appreciate it.
