I need help in understanding an error message I receive when I
try to run a MAKEFILE. The 'makefile' is very simple:
main.o : main.cc define.h
gxx -c main.cc
func.o : func.cc define.h
gxx -c func.cc
runp : main.o func.o makefile
gxx -o runp main.o func.o
Actually just about any order or of any of the above
produces the same error. The erroe being:
makefile: 4: *** missing seperator. Stop.
What does this mean? I'll apperciate any input.
thanx
