I use bash and friends from djgpp v2 in a dos box under w95. Does anyone
know how to fix the keyboard mapping of special keys such as pipe and
back quote, on a UK keyboard.
If I do the keyboard mapping commands in the autoexec.bat, the wrong
pipe code is generated (it looks ok, but has the wrong ascii code and
even DOS does not recognise it). I currently put them in a batch file
run by the pif file - this fixes the pipe character, but the back quote
is wrong, and I have to type keyb us before I can use the output of a
command as a parameter.
Is there a keyboard mapping file somewhere to hack or ...
