In the Search menu, whenever I select the "find function" sub-menu, the
double-click via mouse to select function does not work, I have to use the
"OK" button, via mouse or keyboard.

As far as I know, the others allow the double click to select an option. I
don't know/ can't remember if this feature worked before 1.3.
