> gcc 2.8.0 will incorporate most of the C++ standard and it will > come out RSN... ;) Real wishful thinking :) For the last 3 weeks C++ has been basically totally broken in the gcc snapshots (0621 really sucked, 0628 and 0706 just semi suck). I've heard that C++ is all that is holding up the 2.8 release really. They are just winding down on accepting major patches to the source, so a release shouldn't be too far away.
