I've added it to the UK TUG FAQ. It will, of course, never make it to
Bodenheimer's FAQ, since there's no maintainer of that (who, after
all, would _want_ to maintain something which needs to be thrown away
in its entirety as a starting move...?)

Anyway, yes, it is on all the CTAN nodes, at systems/msdos/djgpp;
since it's been there for >24 hours, it should be well on its way to
propagation to all the mirrors too.
