how difficult would it be to write a 'vic' type tool,
for sending/receiving mpeg audio on the mbone?
Perhaps this would be best done in a freeware player that already exists,
something along the lines of winamp/winplay3 functionality.
However, ideally I would like to see a package that could compile both
for djgpp and linux, using the winsock (memphis fixed hopefully?) library.
Or perhaps the ACE package in conjunction with this? I'm not sure whether
it would be advantages to port one of these over if necessary, or just do
the individual work for getting it to work on windows and linux.
