Hello, I'm trying to write a small program that should read from a physical address. I have found some functions in the DMPI support of djgpp to do this. see http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/libc-2.01/ However I need to get my program to run in Protected mode to be able to use these function. How can one get a program to run in protected mode. I would like to use c-functions _NOT_ assambly. Some more info: I'm using a pc 486 running msdos 6.20 The DPMI server is qdpmi from qemm, dpmi version 0.9. Thankful for any help and if I forgot to tell some important info plaese mail me and ask.
