It's a header page which has info like user & file name, queue,
server, time.  The commercial tools like Word, Netscape, etc. do not
print this page.  It's a waste of paper.

pr is relevant because that is the program I'm using from the command
line to print files.  I also have enscript configured to use pr.  

I don't have emacs figured out yet,  lpr-buffer is lpr, but I don't have
an lpr program, so I don't understand how it works.  Since this is not
an emacs news group, I'm not looking for the emacs solution (altho I
would like to get that figured out also).
