This is explained in the DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq210b.zip), section 8.2.  
All C++ headers that begin with a capital letter have an underscore 
prepended to their names in DJGPP.

It is always advisable to browse the FAQ, to avoid waste of valuable time 
on rediscovering such things by yourself.
